Please read these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms & Conditions”) before purchasing a PW Union Membership (the “Service”), a program offered and operated by1SIX1, Inc. dba Public Works (“us”, “we”, or “our”).
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all users who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not use the Service.
Conditions of use
By purchasing a PW Union Membership you are agreeing to receive the benefits specified under each membership tier located at www.publicsf.com/membership in exchange for the monthly charge listed for each benefit tier. Public Works has partnered with Loyalzoo to manage the PW Union Membership program, and Public Works uses Loyalzoo’s website https://mylty.co/ to manage your account. While you will be asked for either an email address or phone number when registering your account, at this time the PW Union Membership only can accept a valid email and this email address will be used to send you your receipt and a link to access your account online. You will be able to use this same link to update your payment information if needed. All payment receipts will come from noreply@loyalzoo.com.
When you sign up for your membership you’ll receive a QR code that is unique to your name and membership tier, and it will always be viewable through the link that is included with your monthly receipt. This QR code must be shown at the venue to access your benefits.
PW Union Memberships will automatically renew each month at the end of each billing period. You can change or cancel your PW Union Membership by sending an email to union@publicsf.com with Change Membership or Cancel Membership in the subject line at least 72 hours before the start of your next billing period. You’ll be able to use any remaining current plan benefits until the end of the billing cycle, and we plan to offer online cancellation soon.
Your benefits are for each billing period. There is no limit to the number of skip the entry line or free coat check allowed, and for tiers with free shows and drinks, the number of shows and drinks resets with each billing period. For example, if you sign up on March 15 and have two free shows with one drink ticket each, your membership will renew on April 15, and you will be eligible for another two shows and one drink ticket for each one.
When using their benefits, a member’s valid ID must match the name on the membership. Benefits are non-transferable, which means only the member can access the free shows, drink tickets, and coat check. PW Union Members are allowed to bring one person to join them in skipping the line, but the member must be present with this person for them to use this benefit.
If your PW Union Membership tier includes free shows, this is for any event open to the public at Public Works. Private events are not included. In the event a show is expected to be sold out, there will be a limited number of PW Union Membership tickets reserved for eligible membership tiers on a first come, first serve basis that will be available via a members-only link sent by email the week of the show to the email address used when registering your PW Union Membership. If you have one of these member-only tickets, you’ll show it along with your membership QR code and ID at the door.
Any changes to PW Union Membership benefits and monthly charges will be sent to the email address on file for your PW Union Membership and be sent from union@publicsf.com with at least 30 days notice of any change. You will have the opportunity to cancel your PW Union Membership at no charge before any changes are effective.
By purchasing a PW Union Membership you consent to receiving subsequent marketing and order-related emails from Public Works and our partner Loyalzoo. Your information and data will not be shared with any unrelated third party.
Public Works reserves the right to cancel a member’s PW Union Membership in the event of any misuse of the Service and to do so without issuing a refund.
Refund policy
All PW Union Membership sales are final and we do not offer refunds or returns for any reason except in the event of Service termination. If you have any questions about a PW Union Membership, please email union@publicsf.com before purchasing a membership.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to the Service immediately due to unforeseen circumstances with full indemnity, and in the event this occurs, all PW Union Memberships already purchased will receive their full benefits until the final day of the current billing cycle.
Links to other websites
Our Service contains links to third party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Public Works. Public Works has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Public Works shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.
Governing law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California in the United States without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding the Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this site and these Terms periodically and to be aware of any modifications. By continuing to access or use the Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, please stop using the Service by cancelling your membership.
