PW UNION MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please read these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms & Conditions”) before purchasing a PW Union Membership (the “Service”), a program offered and operated by1SIX1, Inc. dba Public Works (“us”, “we”, or “our”).
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all users who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not use the Service.
CONDITIONS OF USE
By purchasing a PW Union Membership you are agreeing to receive the benefits specified under each membership tier located at www.publicsf.com/membership in exchange for the monthly or annual charge listed for each benefit tier.
Public Works has partnered with Loyalzoo to manage the PW Union Membership program, and Public Works uses Loyalzoo’s website https://mylty.co/ to manage your account.
When you sign up for your PW Union membership you’ll receive a QR code that is unique to your name and membership tier, and can always be accessed by visiting https://mylty.co/ or by clicking on the Access Your Loyalty Account link that is included with your monthly or annual payment receipt. This QR code must be shown at the venue along with a valid ID that matches the member’s name to use your PW Union member benefits.
The email address that you use to register will be used to send you your initial payment receipt and will include a link titled Access Your Loyalty Account that can be used to access your account online. The same link can be used to update your contact and payment information if needed, or you can go to https://mylty.co/. All payment receipts will come from noreply@loyalzoo.com.
Make sure you sign up with the first and last name that matches your ID, and an email address that can receive messages. For example, @privaterelay.appleid.com addresses do not accept PW Union emails and you will not receive payment receipts or important program news. If you need to update your name or email address, you can access your account and change it at https://mylty.co/.
If you used a valid email address but didn’t get a payment receipt, it means your payment was declined and your QR code will not be active. If that happens, just go to your account at https://mylty.co/ and try a different payment method or email union@publicsf.com for help.
PW Union Memberships will automatically renew at the end of each monthly or annual billing cycle. To change your PW Union Membership plan email union@publicsf.com from the email address that is registered to your PW Union Membership account at least 72 hours before the start of your next billing cycle with Change Membership in the subject line.
If you want to cancel your PW Union Membership and it started on or after July 1, 2025, visit https://mylty.co/ or click the Access Your Loyalty Account link at the bottom of the payment receipt emails that you receive from Loyalzoo. Then click the Card-On-File icon followed by the X next to your active plan.
If you signed up for a PW Union Membership before July 1, 2025, email union@publicsf.com from the email address that is registered to your PW Union Membership account at least 72 hours before the start of your next billing cycle with Cancel Membership in the subject line. The cancellation will be processed automatically and you’ll receive a confirmation reply. You can also call (888) 416-8006 from the phone number registered to your account at least 72 hours before the start of your next billing cycle to request a cancellation, and you’ll be sent a message confirming the cancellation to your account email address. After cancelling, any remaining PW Union Membership plan benefits can be used until the current billing cycle ends.
Your benefits are for each billing cycle. There is no limit to the number of times you can use the skip the entry line, free coat check (there is a limit of one item per member), and $1 off drinks (which includes both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages), and for tiers with additional free shows and drinks, the number of shows and drinks resets based on your start date and your plan billing type. You will be given a unique PW Union wristband at entry to access your free coat check and $1 off drinks benefits.
For example, if you sign up on March 15 for a PW Union membership billed monthly, and your tier includes two free shows with one drink each, your membership will renew on April 15 and you will be eligible for another two shows and one drink at each one. If you sign up on March 15 for a PW Union Membership billed annually, and your tier includes the same benefits, you’ll receive two shows and one drink at each one for each month over a 12-month period that ends the following March 15.
The monthly PW Picks event will occur once per calendar month, and the date will be sent to the PW Union Membership account registered email address at least one week in advance. All members in all tiers will be eligible to enter the monthly PW Picks event at no charge, and they can also use their skip the line, free coat check, and $1 off drinks benefits at the monthly PW Picks event. PW Union members in the Night Boss tier can also bring one guest. No refunds will be given for any ticket purchased by a PW Union member to a PW Picks event, and if your membership starts after the PW Picks event has happened for that calendar month, the member will be eligible for this event starting the following calendar month.
Benefits are non-transferable, which means only the member can access the free shows, drinks, and coat check. PW Union Members are allowed to bring one person to join them in skipping the line, but the member must be present with this person for them to use this benefit. PW Union Members can use their $1 off drink discount to purchase drinks for other people, but the member must be the one making the purchase.
If your PW Union Membership tier includes additional free shows, this is for any event open to the public at Public Works. To use this benefit, all you need to do is arrive at Public Works with at least one unused event available and show the QR code at the door along with your ID and you’ll be admitted free of charge. Private events are not included.
If we need to limit capacity for a show we’ll send a message letting PW Union Members know as far in advance as possible to the account email address of PW Union Members in tiers with additional free events. Then the week of the show itself we’ll send another message to the account email address of PW Union Members in those same tiers with a link to a special allocation of free PW Union tickets that will be available on a first come, first serve basis. If you have one of these tickets, you’ll show it at the door with your PW Union membership QR code and ID for entry. If we don’t send an email about a show, that means there are no restrictions.
Any changes to PW Union Membership benefits and monthly or annual charges will be sent from union@publicsf.com to the registered email address for your PW Union Membership with at least 30 days notice of any change. You will have the opportunity to cancel your PW Union Membership at no charge before any changes are effective.
By purchasing a PW Union Membership you consent to receiving subsequent marketing and order-related emails from Public Works and our partner Loyalzoo. Your information and data will not be shared with any unrelated third party.
Public Works reserves the right to cancel a PW Union Membership in the event of any misuse of the Service and to do so without issuing a refund. Public Works also reserves the right to deny any initial PW Union Membership subscription, existing membership monthly or annual renewal, or resubscription at our discretion, in which case a refund will be issued.
REFUND POLICY
All PW Union Membership sales are final and we do not offer refunds or returns for any reason except in the event of Service termination. If you have any questions about a PW Union Membership, please email union@publicsf.com before purchasing a membership.
TERMINATION
We may terminate or suspend access to the Service immediately due to unforeseen circumstances with full indemnity, and in the event this occurs, all PW Union Memberships already purchased will receive their full benefits until the final day of the current billing cycle.
LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES
Our Service contains links to third party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Public Works. Public Works has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Public Works shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California in the United States without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding the Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
CHANGES
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this site and these Terms periodically and to be aware of any modifications. By continuing to access or use the Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, please stop using the Service by canceling your membership.
