How do I access my QR code and free show(s)?

When you sign up for the PW Union you’ll receive a payment receipt by email that includes a link to your account that has your unique QR code with your name and membership tier, which you can also access here. If your tier includes additional events, there is no need to do anything in advance, as long as you have a show available just show the QR code at the door with your ID and you’ll get in for free! The only exception is when a show looks to be sold out, and you can read about what happens then in the next question.

For the monthly PW Picks event, the date will be sent to your account email address at least one week in advance. All members in all tiers can come to the PW Picks event at no charge, and can also use their skip the line, free coat check, $1 off drinks, and early mezzanine access benefits. Night Bosses can also bring one guest.

What happens when a show is sold out?

There will be a limited number of free tickets reserved for PW Union members in tiers with additional events on a first come, first serve basis that will be available via a private link sent to the email address on file for your account the week of the show. If you have one of these member-only tickets, you’ll show it at the door along with your membership QR code and ID. We also plan to send an exclusive pre-sale link to members in advance of any big show being publicly announced so that you have the first chance to purchase a ticket before anyone else.

Are my additional free shows per calendar month or per billing period?

They are per billing period and reset at the start of the next one. For example, if you sign up on March 15, your membership will renew on April 15. For the Floor Supervisor and Master Builder tiers, even after you have used your additional events, you can still skip the line with a friend, get free coat check (one item per member), enjoy $1 off drinks, and access the mezzanine early (when open) for all other events where you buy a ticket. Night Bosses get unlimited free event entries during each billing period!

Can I also attend private events? Can I share my free events with a friend?

PW Union membership benefits are only for events that are open to the public, and free shows are just for you with the one exception being Night Bosses can bring a guest to the monthly PW Picks event. But there will be special opportunities to bring friends, just look for PW Union news via email.

How do I get my other benefits like skip the line, free coat check, drinks, and early mezzanine access?

When you arrive at the club, enter through the guestlist line and show your QR code and ID at the door and you’ll receive a PW Union wristband that will give you access to the rest of your benefits.

Remember that even though the Sound Check plan doesn’t include additional free shows beyond the monthly PW Picks event, you can still skip the line with a friend, get free coat check (one item per member), enjoy $1 off drinks, and access the mezzanine early (when open) for as many events per billing month as you wish as long as you have purchased a ticket to the show.

Can I use my drink benefits for non-alcoholic beverages?

Absolutely, you can order whatever you want.

How will I find out about exclusive ticket pre-sales and offers?

All members will be part of the PW Union email marketing list, and exclusive offers and access will be sent to your account email address. Just make sure you sign-up with one that can receive messages. For example, @privaterelay.appleid.com addresses do not accept messages and you will not receive receipts or important program announcements if you use one. You can always change your account email address here or by clicking on the Access Your Loyalty Account link that is included with your monthly or annual payment receipt.

Can I give a PW Union membership as a gift?

You definitely can. The best way to do it is to sign-up for a membership using the name and email address of the gift recipient. This way they’ll receive the initial confirmation email with the link to access their new account and QR code for event entry, as well as be on the PW Union marketing list. Just remember your payment card will be linked to the account and will be charged monthly or annually based on the membership tier you gifted, and payment receipts will be sent to their email address. If you want to give a gift for a set period of time, just email union@publicsf.com before making the initial purchase and we’ll make it happen.

What are the additional sections for Points, Promos, Check-In, and Balance when I view my account?

These are features that other Loyalzoo customers use. Please ignore them, the PW Union only uses your name, membership number, and unique QR code.

Who is Loyalzoo?

Loyalzoo is a leading and trusted provider of loyalty programs, and their platform offered everything we needed to build the best membership program for our community. You’ll use their website https://mylty.co/ to start your membership, access your QR code, and make any changes to your account such as your email address and payment method. All payment receipts will come from noreply@loyalzoo.com.

Do I need to sign up again each month or year?

Nope! After your initial registration your payment card will be charged for the first monthly or yearly billing cycle and it will automatically be charged at the start of the next one. Each time that happens you’ll receive a receipt by email that includes the link to your unique QR code.

How do I change or cancel my membership?

If you want to cancel and your membership started on or after July 1, 2025, click here or the the Access Your Loyalty Account link at the bottom of the payment confirmation emails that you receive from Loyalzoo. Then click the Card-On-File icon and then the X next to your active plan. If you signed up before July 1, 2025, click here to send us an email at least 72 hours before the start of your next billing cycle. The cancellation will be processed automatically and you’ll receive a confirmation reply. The cancellation will be processed automatically and you’ll receive a confirmation reply. Just make sure that you use the email address that is registered to your account. You can also call (888) 416-8006 from the phone number registered to your account at least 72 hours before the start of your next billing cycle to request a cancellation, and you’ll be sent a message confirming the cancellation to your account email address. After cancelling, you can still use any remaining plan benefits until the current billing cycle ends.
