PW UNION FAQS

How do I access my benefits and free show(s)?

When you sign up for the PW Union you’ll receive an email receipt that includes a link to access your unique QR code that includes your name and membership tier. Just show it at the door for free entry for the number of shows each month in your plan.

What happens when a show is sold out?

There will be a limited number of membership tickets reserved for PW Union members on a first come, first serve basis that will be available via a private link sent by email the week of the show. If you have one of these member-only tickets, you’ll show it at the door along with your membership QR code and ID. We also plan to send an exclusive pre-sale link to members in advance of any big show being publicly announced so that you have the first chance to purchase a ticket before anyone else.

Are my free shows per calendar month or per billing period?

Your free shows are for the billing period and will reset at the start of the next one. So for example, if you sign up on March 15, your membership will renew on April 15. For anyone with a Floor Supervisor or Master Builder plan, don’t forget that even after you have used your events, you can still skip the line and get coat check for all other events where you buy a ticket. Night Bosses have unlimited free event entries during each billing period!

Can I also attend private events? Can I share my free events with a friend?

PW Union membership benefits are only for events that are open to the public, and your free events are just for you. But there will be special opportunities to bring a guest, just look for PW Union news via email.

How do I skip the line, get coat check, and receive my free drink?

When you arrive at the club, just enter through the guestlist line and show your QR code and ID at the door to receive the rest of your benefits. Remember that even though the Sound Check plan doesn’t include free shows or drinks, you can still skip the line and get free coat check for as many events per billing month as you wish as long as you have purchased a ticket to the show.

Can I redeem my free drink for a non-alcoholic beverage?

Absolutely, you can choose whatever you want.

How will I find out about the extra ticket access and offers?

All members will be part of our special PW Union email marketing list, and you’ll receive news of exclusive offers and access that will be sent to the email address you used when signing up.

What are the additional sections for Points, Promos, Check-In, and Balance when I view my account?

These are features that other Loyalzoo customers use. Please ignore them, the PW Union only uses your name, membership number, and unique QR code.

Who is Loyalzoo?

Loyalzoo is a leading and trusted provider of loyalty programs, and their platform offered everything we needed to build the best membership program for our community. You’ll use their website https://mylty.co/ to start your membership, update your payment information if needed, and access your QR code. All payment receipts will come from noreply@loyalzoo.com.

Do I need to sign up again each month?

Nope! After your initial registration your credit card will be charged for the first monthly billing cycle and it will automatically be charged at the start of the next one. Each time that happens you’ll receive a receipt by email that includes the link to your unique QR code.

How do I change or cancel my membership?

If you want to change plans or cancel, just email union@publicsf.com with Change Membership or Cancel Membership in the subject line at least 72 hours before the start of your next billing cycle. You’ll still be able to use any remaining benefits of your existing plan until the current billing cycle ends. We hope to offer online cancellation soon.
