## FAQS

What Time Do Doors Open?

Door times vary by show. Check the event listing on our [calendar](https://publicsf.com/calendar/).
Last call is at 1:45 a.m.

Can I Buy Tickets at the Door?

We hold a limited number of tickets for the door, even when a show sells out online.
Arrive early. Door times are on each event listing.

What Forms of ID Do You Accept?

Bring a physical government-issued ID, such as a driver’s license or passport. We
can’t accept photos, photocopies, or digital IDs.

What Is Your Bag Policy?

There are no size restrictions but all bags will be searched upon entry. You can
also check a bag at coat check.

Is There Food Nearby?

There are plenty of restaurants and cafes within walking distance of the venue.

Do You Have Coat Check?

We have a coat check for most events.

How Do I Get There by Public Transit?

The 16th Street BART station is less than three blocks away. The 14 Mission and 
49 Van Ness/Mission Muni buses stop within a block of the club.

Do You Have Parking?

There is street parking in the neighborhood and a public paid lot on 14th St. between
Valencia St. and Mission St.

Is There a Dress Code?

We do not have a dress code.

Is the Venue Accessible?

Yes. If you have questions about access for a specific event, use the contact form

Are Events 21+?

Yes. You must be 21 or older to attend public and private events.
