We were gonna give youz a night of the gentlemen of Night Slugs and their inimitable beat-driven discotheque compositions, but unfortunately a visa problem meant that the youthful Britishers, Bok Bok (Alex Sushon to his mum) and Girl Unit (Phillip Gamble) could not come to our balmy shores. So quicker than you can say dubstep infused, 2-Step style music that isn’t afraid to flirt with house, garage or melodic techno in a startingly new but somewhat post-modern style, we found other purveyors/djs/artistes devoted to this type of sound.

One of these is a chap who goes by the name of Kingdom (or Ezra Rubin to his childhood cohorts).
