to: Mark: the Mission is a neighborhood commonly called SF’s “heart and sol” due to its overwhelming mix of residents, originally irish turned latino, and now with a thoroughly bohemian streak taking advantage of the lower rents. It’s a vibrant neighborhood that epitomizes a special side of San Francisco and I’m sure you’d have a blast…
I have no idea what “all things ‘Mission’” means.. we’re coming to SF from out of town this weekend, but this doesn’t help me understand what this ‘event’ is about.. I’ve never heard of any of the bands that are mentioned here.. it’s not very enticing.
