LET THEE RAIN IN.
THEE ACID RAIN.
Thursday February 7th, 2013
Public Works Oddjob Loft
We are about to go on a mission to the outer reaches of sights and sounds, and the dive into the depths of what a wet, weird world of dance music we all live in. There are going to be freak outs, shout-outs, and all manner of cyber hyper link dance floor hi jinks. You think you know, but you have no idea. Lights Down Low will show you the way, and you will be stoked because we are all friends now.
Flying all the way to SF for the first time ever in the history of mankind. Avery is leaving behind his residency at FABRIC for a fun filled night to run the decks at this very special Lights Down Low. Putting out some of the best releases of Erol Alkan’s bad ass Phantasy Sound while remixing Django Django, 2 Bears and The Horrors, this guy is a freaking production mastermind. We love his tunes, his style, and even his tumblr.
We all need therapy. TRUST ME. And there is none better behind the decks. Last time Physical Therapy played Panic twisted his ankle “stage falling” (which is set to become the new stage diving). Some of the funnest, party rocking sets, done with ease that go down smooth like coca butter. He also has the best website. SEE BELOW
Friends make everything better don’t they? We invited some nice local boys to round out the bill.
Moss Moss from ASYOU LIKEIT and Marco de la Vega from 120 MINUTES, Y3K, annnndddd FUTURE PERFECT. These guys are the best so don’t front. I said stop fronting.
Pls note to all of our favorite friends and sexy beasts that the upstairs at PUBLIC WORKS is very small so presale tickets are HIGHLY ADVISED. We want to see you in there and you want to see all these amazing artists. This is a very special night, so get ready!
